document solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive & coordinate customer service calls for technicians.
Schedule return trips to customers when parts are available.
Clear & concise communications with customers & fellow employees.
Maintain customer database with current information.
Prepare service invoices for billable calls & contracts.
Assist with parts & warehouse logistics.
